baking class story

saya ni! sekarang tengah sibuk mengajar macaroon, rupanya banyak juga yang meminati macaroon tapi saya dah mula berkenalan dgn macaron semenjak umur saya 17thn masa saya berkerja dgn french chef saya, waktu tu kat malaysia  macaroon tak dikenali ramai sebab benda tu manis habiiiiis! tapi sekarang banyak digunakkan untuk hantaran,pasal tu lah orang kejar dia! tak senang buat tau!!!
tomorrow croissant handson class at my place so will be busy from morning.

SIMPLE BUTTER CAKE
ingredient:
250gm butter
180gm caster sugar
300gm self raising flour
4 eggs(sizeA)
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
60ml full cream milk
method:
1. whisk butter and sugar till fluffy,add egg one by one mix well
2. alternate milk and flour(flour,milk,flour,milk,flour) mix well
3. add vanilla,stir to mix, batter into greased 9in pan or cupcake mould
4. bake for 45min, at 170c

note: you can add any flavour.emulco or paste adviceable 1 tablespoon into the egg butter mixture.


LIGHT FRUIT CAKE
you must try this fruit cake,it is light and buttery.people who don't like heavy fruit cake"this is the one"  because this cake is not very sweet like heavy fruit cake but sweet like me!

ingredient:
300gm butter
200gm caster sugar
360gm plain flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
5 egg[sizeA]
500gm mix fruit
1 orange for juice and rind
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
method:
1. combine mix fruit,orange juice and orange rind, keep aside
2. sieve flour and baking powder 3x
3. beat butter and sugar till fluffy
4. add egg one by one and mix well each time you add in the egg
5. then fold in the flour,vanilla and mix fruit stir to mix well
6. transfer into 9in tray with greaseproof paper brushed with butter 
7. bake at 170c for 45minute.


VEGETARIAN BUTTER CAKE
somebody request for this cake, so this is the recipe. vegetarian cake normally is not very spongy but
moist and heavy. i like this cake for the milky taste [sedap tak ada telur,sihat]

ingredient:
250gm butter
220gm caster sugar 
300gm plain flour
11/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon vanila essence
240ml evaporated milk[ideal]
method:
1. sieve flour,baking powder and baking soda 3x
2. beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy
3. then slowly pour in milk while mixing in low speed
4. fold in flour and vanilla,stir to mix well,transfer into greased 9in tray
5. bake at 170c for 1 hour
